Delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier location, shipping carrier, and destination. Products shipped from U.S.-based suppliers may arrive faster, while internationally fulfilled items may require additional delivery time.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for the tracking status to update.
Velora USA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect or incomplete addresses, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact Velora USA as soon as possible after delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide your order number and clear photos or videos showing the product, packaging, and issue. After reviewing the information, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Please do not return any product without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. Products must not be sent to a supplier or warehouse address without prior authorization.
Items that have been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without authorization may not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Incorrect size selections or changes of mind may also be excluded when the correct product was delivered as described.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
